At SERVE Hospitality Group, a Tropical Smoothie Café franchisee, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive success in our cafe. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring that we deliver excellent service, maintain high standards, and achieve our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage: Oversee all daily operations, ensuring the cafe runs smoothly and efficiently
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their best performance
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences and address any concerns promptly
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and work towards achieving sales targets
• Operational Standards: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Problem Solving: Quickly resolve operational challenges to keep the cafe running smoothly
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and the cafe, implementing improvements as needed

• Physical and Legal Requirements: Expect continuous standing and walking, a 50-hour workweek, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers are essential. Additionally, candidates must be legally eligible to work and hold a valid driver's license.
• Preferred Experience: 2 years of managerial experience in quick service restaurants or similar fast-paced food settings, and a ServSafe certification are preferred.
