Top Tier Reps is representing a leading Am Law 100 firm seeking an experienced Associate Director, Digital Marketing to lead the firm’s digital presence across platforms—website, CRM, email marketing, and social media. This is a strategic, senior-level role that manages a digital marketing team and partners cross-functionally to drive business development and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the firm’s digital strategy across platforms including Sitecore, CRM, EMS, and social media
• Partner with BD, IT, and Communications to align digital efforts with firm goals
• Manage and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team
• Oversee CRM adoption and data integrity for business development initiatives
• Drive content strategy, ensuring consistency across all digital channels
• Manage digital marketing vendors and budgets
• Track performance, analytics, and identify digital innovation opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 12+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
• Legal or professional services marketing experience is required
• Proficient in Sitecore, Intapp, CRM systems, SEO, analytics (Google/Adobe)
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Experience with digital product roadmaps and stakeholder management

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $180,000 – $260,000
• Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
