One California ( **Responsibilities** In keeping with the Marian Medical Center health care philosophy, the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) functions collaboratively and uses independent judgment to provide high quality care by assuring appropriate staffing on a shift basis or more as indicated by patient acuity and census. Is accountable for unit operations, supervision, staff development, patient care delivery and clinical outcomes on assigned shifts. Is responsible for providing clinical nursing leadership to unit staff and may provide direct patient care. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Associate's Degree in Nursing (e.g. ADN). + Registered Nurse with one (1) to two (2) years of work experience. + Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice + Current approved health care provider CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) + Current ACLS or completions of ACLS course within 6 months of employment. **Preferred Qualifications:** + BSN preferred. + CCRN + TCRN + CNRN + SCRN Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements. **Pay Range** $48.25 - $70.78 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
