Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
  • Assist with operational support functions like Purchasing, Receiving, and Inventory.
  • Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
  • Food Safety Certification as per local regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to maintain quality standards.
  • Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff.
  • Order inventory, reconcile cash registers, and ensure staff compliance with safety regulations.

Management

  • Recruit, interview, and hire quality staff.
  • Train employees, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Adjust work schedules to ensure all shifts are covered.

Leadership

  • Display professionalism and effective communication.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately and resolve employee concerns.
  • Conduct meetings and accomplish objectives set by the General Manager.

Work Condition Requirements

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours.
  • Requires standing, walking, and frequent interaction with guests and staff.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, math, and computer skills.
  • Professional demeanor, outgoing personality, and positive attitude.
  • At least 3 years of restaurant manager experience.
